We've let them speak for themselves, at length, so you can judge us by the specifics rather than the slogans.

Two other companies told us our geothermal system couldn't be saved and quoted a full replacement. Genesis diagnosed a loop-flow problem, corrected it, and it's run flawlessly since. They clearly understood the equipment at a level the others simply didn't.
We build custom homes and Genesis is the only HVAC firm we let touch the mechanicals. The load calcs are done right, the ductwork is clean, and inspections pass without drama. They make us look good to our clients.
Our variable-speed system never felt right after the original installer set it up. Genesis re-commissioned the whole thing to spec and the difference is night and day: quieter, more even, and our power bill dropped noticeably.

As a builder I've worked with a lot of mechanical subs. Genesis is the one I trust on the geothermal and high-efficiency homes where the margin for error is thin. Their submittals are clean, they hit the schedule, and the callbacks simply don't happen.
