The Genesis Comfort Club

A maintenance plan that protects your comfort

Your heating and cooling is a real investment, and regular care is how it keeps paying off. The Genesis Comfort Club is how we look after it: two seasonal visits a year that hold efficiency up, keep your warranty intact, and document the health of your system over time. For your home or your business, and no system too small to enroll.

Why maintenance matters

The care every system is meant to receive

Whether it's a straightforward furnace and AC, a heat pump, or a variable-speed or geothermal system, equipment lasts longer and runs better when it's maintained on a schedule. The Genesis Comfort Club puts that care on the calendar so you don't have to think about it.

01 · Efficiency

Efficiency held to spec

Clean coils, correct charge, verified airflow. A system tuned to its design point uses less energy every month, and the savings compound quietly over the life of the equipment.

02 · Warranty

Warranty protected

Most manufacturers require documented professional maintenance to keep a warranty in force. We perform it, record it, and keep the log, so a claim is never denied on a technicality.

03 · Prevention

Failures caught early

A weakening capacitor, a dropping refrigerant charge, a stressed contactor: we find the small problems on a scheduled visit, before they become a no-heat call on the coldest night of the year.

04 · The record

Documented over years

Every reading is logged in your portal record. Over several seasons, that history shows exactly how your system is aging. It is the intelligence behind honest, well-timed decisions.

Membership & billing

One plan. Two ways to spread the cost.

Seasonal maintenance is $189.99 per visit, two visits per year (spring cooling and fall heating) for a basis of $379.98 per year, per system. Members pay it on a schedule that suits them: monthly or quarterly. The care is identical; only the billing changes.

What membership includes

Everything a member receives, in plain terms

The value of the Genesis Comfort Club isn't a discount off a sticker price. It's being a customer we already know, whose equipment we already understand, moved to the front of the line.

Included

Priority scheduling

Members go to the head of the queue. When demand peaks in July and January, that priority is the difference between waiting a day and waiting a week.

Included

25% member savings

A standing quarter off both repairs and parts. When a part isn't cheap, that saving adds up quickly on a single service call.

Included

Two seasonal visits a year

A spring cooling visit and a fall heating visit, timed so your system is ready before each season leans on it. We track the schedule and reach out when it is time.

Included

Waived diagnostic

The diagnostic fee on a service call is waived for members. We already know your system; there is no need to charge you to get reacquainted with it.

Included

Multi-year efficiency tracking

Readings recorded on every visit build a year-over-year picture of performance: evidence, not guesswork, behind the call to repair or replace.

Included

Managed in your portal

Your plan, service history and invoices live in the customer portal, where you can review everything, pay online, and see your maintenance record from any device.

What a visit covers

Two thorough visits, timed to the season

A Genesis Comfort Club visit is more than a quick look and a filter change. It's a thorough inspection of the whole system, top to bottom, done the same careful way every time.

  1. SPRING

    Cooling readiness

Refrigerant charge verified, condenser and evaporator coils cleaned, capacitors and contactors tested, condensate path cleared, airflow confirmed to spec.

    COOLING SEASON
  2. FALL

    Heating readiness

Heat exchanger and burners inspected, ignition and safety controls tested, heat-pump reversing and defrost verified, combustion and airflow checked.

    HEATING SEASON
  3. EVERY VISIT

    Full-system inspection

Electrical connections, controls, thermostat calibration, drain lines and safeties: a top-to-bottom check that catches wear before it becomes a failure.

    TOP TO BOTTOM
  4. RECORDED

    Readings logged

Every measurement is documented to your portal record, building the multi-year history that informs every decision about your system going forward.

Common questions

The Genesis Comfort Club, answered plainly

What does membership actually cost?

Seasonal maintenance is $189.99 per visit, two visits per year, for a basis of $379.98 annually per system. You may spread that cost monthly (approximately $31.67 per month) or quarterly (approximately $94.99 per quarter). The care is the same either way; only the billing cadence differs. Multi-system and commercial rates are quoted to your equipment.

Is this just a discount club?

No. The Genesis Comfort Club is a maintenance plan built to protect a real investment. The member savings are a benefit of being a member, not the point of it. The point is documented, on-schedule maintenance that keeps your equipment efficient, keeps your warranty valid, and keeps small problems from becoming expensive ones.

Do you maintain geothermal and variable-speed systems?

Yes. Alongside everyday furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps, the Genesis Comfort Club covers geothermal loops, inverter and variable-speed equipment, and zoned systems. After 30 years working on just about every kind of system in the trade, we're comfortable maintaining whatever you have.

What if I have more than one system?

Each system is enrolled on the same $189.99-per-visit basis, with additional systems at an add-on rate so a large or zoned home is straightforward to cover. Every system is serviced on one coordinated visit and recorded on a single consolidated history.

Does maintenance really keep my warranty valid?

In most cases, yes. Manufacturers commonly require documented professional maintenance as a condition of warranty coverage, and a denied claim on a neglected system can cost far more than years of membership. We perform the work to standard and keep the record, so the documentation is there if it is ever needed.
